Sunlight and Chemicals: Many of our feathers are dyed to achieve vibrant colours. Direct sunlight and harsh chemicals, including soap, can deteriorate and fade the colours over time. To prevent colour loss, avoid exposing the feathers to prolonged sunlight and do not wash them with soap or expose to perfumes and other chemical lotions
Storage: To keep your feather earrings and hair extensions looking beautiful, store them in the box provided when not in use. This will protect them from dust, direct sunlight, and moisture, and help maintain their shape and colour.

Rather than being the primary focus, these feathers are secondary products that would otherwise not be utilised. By using these feathers, we help minimise waste and promote the reuse of materials that would otherwise be discarded.

7. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all our products, provided they are returned in their original condition. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction.

8. What if one of my earrings gets damaged or I lose one piece after the 30-day return policy? Can you replace one piece?
We understand that accidents happen and jewellery can wear over time. If one of your earrings becomes damaged after the 30-day return period, please don't hesitate to Contact Us. Most of the time, we are able to recreate a damaged or lost earring.
The recreation of an earring is subject to the availability of the necessary feathers and other materials. If we can remake the earring, you will be charged half the original price of the pair. For example, if your original pair cost $65, the price for recreating one earring would be $32.50. Additionally, we offer free shipping across Australia for such cases to make the process as hassle-free as possible for you
