30-Day Return Policy
You may return any product within 30 days of receiving your order, provided it is in original, unused condition. To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:
Contact Us: With your order number and a brief explanation of your reason for the return.
Receive Instructions: We will respond with instructions on how to return your item(s) and a return shipping label if applicable.
Send Your Item(s) Back: Package your product carefully and send it back to us using the provided shipping label.
Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process stated above. In your communication with us, specify the product you would like instead. We handle exchanges similar to returns. The availability of replacement items is not guaranteed, but we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with a photo of the item. We will prioritise resolving these issues through replacements or refunds at no additional cost to you.
Custom and Sale Items
Please note that custom-made items and items purchased on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are faulty. We are open to have a chat so do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
